Centerville's Decision to Utilize a TIF

State of the City Address February 13

Centerville Mayor Mark Kingseed will give the annual State of the City address at 6 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2012 at the Centerville Police Department, 155 W. Spring Valley Rd. According to Mayor Kingseed, the presentation will give residents a preview of their government’s goals over the next year. Art at the Trace To Be Held February 11, Tickets Now on Sale

Matthew Burgy Raffle Sculpture (small 3 inches x 1.5 inches--ticket).jpgThe 7th Annual Art at the Trace, sponsored by the Centerville Arts Commission will be held on February 11, 2012 at The Golf Club at Yankee Trace. “Our community is very fortunate that our City Council believes in the importance of the arts and is committed to making it accessible to all of us in Centerville through events like this,” said Ginny Strausburg, Centerville Arts Commissioner. “Art at the Trace is an opportunity for the public to meet the artists, enjoy the evening with friends and perhaps find some great art for their homes,” she said.

Mayor's Business Appreciation Breakfast February 29

The annual Mayor’s Business Appreciation Breakfast will be held at The Golf Club at Yankee Trace on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. This year’s breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. and end promptly at 9:00 a.m. This complimentary breakfast is being held to thank businesses for being a part of the Centerville community.  A limited amount of free exhibition space is available for attending businesses.  Space can only be reserved by registering online.
